Applied research projects for master students

Applied Research Projects (ARPs) offer a unique pedagogical experience in which students work closely with policy-makers, practitioners and leaders in Geneva and beyond, to answer some of the most pressing research questions of global concern.

Current ARPs

This year, the Tech Hub is hosting 5 APRs working on the following topics:

Former ARPs
Artificial Intelligence

Swiss Peacetech Alliance

Ambitious project to create an AI system to measure online polarization in virtual networks, addressing radicalization risks and incorporating peacemaking principles into AI algorithms, in collaboration with Geneva Peacebuilding Platform and EPFL.
Open Data

Open Data and Data Stewardship Network

The unprecedented development of technologies and the rapid pace of innovation have led governments, investors and researches alike to question the nature and type of responses and regulation able to cope with these phenomena.
